North East Food & Wine Festival
Miss Amelie is excited to announce a degustation event in collaboration with Indigo Valley Lamb as part of the annual North East Food & Wine Festival. On Friday 23rd October, relax and enjoy six courses of local food and wine.
The menu will be an exciting collaboration between the award-winning Miss Amelie team and Indigo Valley Lamb, designed to highlight local producers. Paul and Suse at Indigo Valley Lamb specialise in sustainable and local lamb, producing premium and tender meat. A holistic partnership to bring you the true paddock to plate experience.
Each dish will be accompanied by a sommelier chosen wine, that will accentuate and highlight each course across a showcase of premium wines from the North East. Featuring Indigo Valley’s own Shiraz, a small batch wine grown right here on our doorstep.
With a 6pm start, there will be plenty of time to sit back and indulge in some of the best food and wine in the North East.
